VESSELS EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY CONTACTING THE U.S. COAST GUARD VIA GUAM (NRV) ON CALL SITOR MAY CONTACT COAST GUARD MARSEC GUAM ON 2182 KHZ OR ON CALL SITOR VIA HONOLULU (NMO). 2.
