1. THE NAVAL OCEAN COMMAND CENTER ADVISES THAT AT 231700Z MAY TYPHOON STORMY WAS LOCATED VICINITY 13-24N 149-24E AND MOVING WEST AT EIGHT KNOTS. 2. THE COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT ADVISES THAT APRA HARBOR, GUAM, TANAPAG HARBOR SAIPAN, AND THE PORTS OF TINIAN AND ROTA ARE CLOSED AND NOT SAFE HEAVY WEATHER HAVENS. CAPTAIN OF THE PORT REQUIRES THAT ALL VESSELS ADJUST COURSE AND SPEED TO EVADE HEAVY WEATHER AND NOT ARRIVE AT GUAM, TINIAN, ROTA OR SAIPAN UNTIL TYPHOON STORMY PASSES. MARINERS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION AND MONITOR BROADCAST NOTICE TO MARINERS FOR STATUS ON AIDS TO NAVIGATION. 3. VESSELS NEEDING TO ENTER APRA HARBOR GUAM OR THE PORT OF ROTA, TINIAN OR SAIPAN MUST FIRST ATTAIN PERMISSION FROM THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT GUAM ON VHF-FM CHANNEL 16.
