1. THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD HAS ISSUED AMENDMENTS TO THE
   SAN FRANCISCO TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME EFFECTIVE 010700Z JUL.
2. THESE CHANGES INCLUDE REALIGNMENT OF THE NORTHERN LANE OF THE
   SEPARATION ZONE AND TRAFFIC LANES.
3. TRAFFIC SEPARATION SCHEME CHANGES WILL BE REFLECTED IN PRELIMINARY
   CORRECTIONS IN U.S. NOTICE TO MARINERS 23/01 AND FINAL CORRECTIONS
   IN U.S. NOTICE TO MARINERS 26/01.
4. CANCEL THIS MSG 08 AUG.
