SIBUYAN SEA. PHILIPPINES. DNC 11. 1. ACCORDING TO THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT, MARINE VESSEL PASSENGERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISEMBARK AT ANY PORT IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO UNTIL 25 MAR. CARGO VESSELS ARE ALLOWED TO DOCK AT ORIENTAL MINDORO PORTS TO LOAD AND UNLOAD CARGOES PROVIDED THEY WILL FOLLOW HEALTH PROTOCOLS LAID BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT. ALL VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS INFORMATION AND ABIDE BY THE RULES SET BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF NOVEL CORONA VIRUS. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 26 MAR 20.
