U.S. MARITIME ALERT 2017-003A.
1. A MARITIME INCIDENT HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THE
   VICINITY OF ALULA, SOMALIA ON 13 MAR.
   THE NATURE OF THE EVENT IS REPORTED TO BE A
   HIJACKING OF A COMOROS OR SRI LANKAN FLAGGED
   OIL TANKER. MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE
   CAUTION WHEN TRANSITING THIS AREA. FURTHER
   UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN AVAILABLE.
2. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS ALERT SHOULD
   BE DIRECTED TO [email protected].
3. CANCEL THIS MSG 21 MAR 17.
