TONGA.
1. TONGAN AUTHORITIES ADVISE THAT ALL VESSELS
   ENTERING TONGA ARE REQUIRED TO USE TONGATAPU
   AS THE FIRST PORT OF ENTRY PRIOR TO REROUTING
   TO OUTER ISLANDS.
2. SECURITY AT ALL PORTS IN TONGA HAS BEEN RAISED
   TO SECURITY LEVEL TWO.
3. ALL INTERNATIONAL CRUISE SHIPS AND YACHTS
   SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE AFTER 19 MARCH 2020 SHALL
   NOT BE GRANTED ENTRY INTO TONGA UNTIL FURTHER
   NOTICE.
