1. ACCORDING TO THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT,
   ALL VESSELS ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES
   SET FORTH BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO
   PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19.
2. THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS HAVE IMPLEMENTED
   CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS:
   A. ORIENTAL MINDORO PROVINCE.
   B. ILOCOS NORTE PROVINCE.
   C. CORON MUNICIPALITY.
   D. ILOILO CITY.
   E. PUERTO PRINCESA CITY.
   F. ZAMBOANGA CITY.
   G. BOHOL PROVINCE.
   H. NEGROS ISLAND.
   I. LUZON ISLAND.
   J. CATANDUANES PROVINCE.
   K. SURIGAO DEL NORTE PROVINCE.
   L. CEBU ISLAND.
   M. ROMBLON ISLAND.
3. VESSELS WISHING TO CALL AT THESE
   LOCATIONS ARE ADVISED TO CONTACT THE PORT
   AUTHORITIES FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE.
