1. ACCORDING TO THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT,
   ALL VESSELS ARE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES
   SET FORTH BY THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT TO
   PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19.
2. THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS HAVE IMPLEMENTED
   CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS:
   A. ORIENTAL MINDORO PROVINCE
   B. CORON MUNICIPALITY
   C. ILOILO CITY
   D. PUERTO PRINCESA CITY
   E. BOHOL PROVINCE
   F. LUZON ISLAND
   G. CATANDUANES PROVINCE
   H. CEBU ISLAND
   I. NEGROS ISLAND
   J. ROMBLON ISLAND
   K. MINDANAO ISLAND
   L. SAMAR ISLAND
   M. LEYTE ISLAND
   N. MASBATE ISLAND
   O. SIQUIJOR ISLAND
