1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS DISESTABLISHED
   JOHNSTON ATOLL (16-45N 169-31W) AS A FEDERAL
   WATERWAY AND ALL ASSOCIATED AIDS TO NAVIGATION.
   THE ATOLL REMAINS CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
   AND UNAUTHORIZED VESSELS WITHOUT PRIOR
   CLEARANCE SHALL NOT NAVIGATE WITHIN
   THREE MILES OF THE ATOLL'S PERIMETER.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 29 MAY.
