TO ENTERING CANADIAN WATERS.
1. ALL VESSELS THAT ARE:
A. OF 500 TONS GROSS TONNAGE OR MORE.
B. ENGAGED IN TOWING OR PUSHING A VESSEL, WHERE THE
COMBINED TONNAGE OF THE SHIP AND VESSEL BEING TOWED
OR PUSHED IS 500 GROSS TONS TONNAGE OR MORE.
C. CARRYING A POLLUTANT OR DANGEROUS GOODS, ENGAGED
IN TOWING OR PUSHING A VESSEL CARRYING A
POLLUTANT OR DANGEROUS GOODS.
2. MUST REQUEST CLEARANCE 96 HOURS PRIOR TO ENTERING
CANADIAN WATERS FROM SEAWARD OR AS SOON AS PRACTICAL
WHERE THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL OF THE SHIP IN
CANADIAN WATERS IS LESS THAN 96 HOURS AFTER THE TIME
THE SHIP DEPARTED ITS LAST PORT OF CALL.
3. CANCEL NAVAREA XII 298/01 AND 178/02.
