1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE FOR THE PORTS OF PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND. 2. ALL VESSELS NOT ENGAGED IN THE MOVEMENT AND SUPPORT OF TANK VESSELS AT THE ALYESKA MARINE TERMINAL ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE NON-STOP TRANSITS BETWEEN VALDEZ NARROWS AND THE CITY OF VALDEZ PORT FACILITIES. 3. VESSELS ARE REQUIRED TO TRANSIT NORTH OF 61-06.8N WHEN EAST OF 146-32.0W. 4. VESSELS SHALL NOT ANCHOR, LAY TO OR LOITER IN THIS ZONE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT. 5. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16 REGARDING THIS MSG.
