1. VESSELS INBOUND TO PUGET SOUND/SEATTLE ARE REQUIRED
   TO GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE OF ARRIVAL TO U.S. COAST GUARD
   CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
2. VESSELS MAY BE BOARDED AND ESCORTED WHEN ENTERING/TRANSITING
   PUGET SOUND.
3. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
