1. COMMCOM(NMN) MAY EXPERIENCE A LOSS
   OF COMMUNICATIONS AT 131200Z TO 131500Z OCT
   TO ALLOW FOR COMMSYS NETWORK (CSN) MAINTENANCE.
   CIRCUITS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE AFFECTED ARE
   VOICE, DIGITAL SELECT CALLING (DSC), BROADCAST,
   AUTO-SITOR AND NAVTEX.  THIS WILL NOT AFFECT
   COMMDET KODIAK AK (NOJ).
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 131600Z OCT 16.
