   UNRELIABLE. THERE IS AN ANOMALY ON THE PACIFIC OCEAN
   REGION SATELLITE 178E. SAFETY SERVICES HAVE BEEN
   RESTORED TO TWO SATELLITES 109E AND 142W ONLY.
