1. U.S. COAST GUARD STATIONS POINT REYES, HONOLULU
   AND KODIAK WILL ONLY ACCEPT DSC TEST CALLS ON

   WILL NO LONGER ACKNOWLEDGED ON ANY OTHER FREQUENCY.
