3. SEA ICE LIMIT ALONG TRACKLINES JOINING:
   A. 47-35N 052-40W, 47-10N 046-45W, 51-10N 048-05W,
      54-50N 052-00W, 55-50N 055-05W, 58-00N 057-30W,
      61-50N 058-15W, 62-20N 057-30W.
