1. U.S. COAST GUARD STATION MIAMI WILL BE OFF AIR
   181300Z TO 181600Z APR FOR ANTENNA MAINTENANCE.
   GMDSS AND DSC SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
   ALL COMMSTA MIAMI NAVTEX BROADCASTS WILL BE
   TRANSMITTED OUT OF U.S. COAST GUARD STATION
   CAMSLANT CHESAPEAKE. ALL HF AIR-TO-GROUND
   AND HF DSC CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED OUT OF
   U.S. COAST GUARD STATION CAMSLANT CHESAPEAKE.
