   CALLING (DSC) WILL ONLY ACCEPT TEST CALLS AT THE PORTSMOUTH, VA
   (NMN) MMSI: 003669995 AND NEW ORLEANS, LA (NMG) MMSI: 003669998
   SITES ON 4207.5 KHZ. CALLS TO THESE SITES ON SPECIFIED FREQUENCY
   WILL BE RESPONDED TO BY THE USCG AUTOMATIC TEST CALL RESPONSE .
   TEST CALLS MADE TO BOSTON, MA (NMF) MMSI: 003669991, AND MIAMI (NMA)
   MMSI: 003669997 OR ON ANY OTHER FREQUENCY WILL NOT BE   
   ACKNOWLEDGED.
   ALL OTHER DSC FUNCTIONS WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 31 AUG.
