   CONDUCTING TRANSMIT ANTENNA MAINTANANCE
   161400Z TO 161800Z MAY. NEW ORLEANS WILL MAINTAIN
   THE ABILITY TO RECIEVE BUT WILL LOSE HF/MF TRANSMIT
   CAPABILITIES DURING THIS PERIOD. GMDSS, AIR TO GROUND
   AND BROADCAST SERVICES WILL BE ANSWERED FROM
   U.S. COAST GUARD STATION MIAMI. DSC SERVICES
   FROM NEW ORLEANS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE.
