CAMSLANT WILL RETAIN ABILITY TO RECEIVE, BUT WILL LOOSE ALL TRANSMIT CAPABILITIES ON ALL HF FREQUENCIES. GMDSS AND DSC SERVICES WILL BE UNAVAILABLE. ALL HF AIR-TO-GROUND AND DSC CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED OUT OF U.S. COAST GUARD STATION BOSTON, MIAMI AND NEW ORLEANS. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 172130Z MAY.
