         ARE CLOSED IN VICINITY OF THE PORT.
   B. PORT OF SOUTH LOUISIANA.
   C. PORT OF ST BERNARD.
   D. PORT PLAQUEMINES.
   E. PORT OF GREATER BATON ROUGE.
   F. GULF INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY FOR NEW ORLEANS
      AND MORGAN CITY COTP ZONES ARE CLOSED.
2. NUMEROUS BARGES ON LEVEE ON MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
3. NUMEROUS DERELICT BOATS AT BAYOU LA BATRE.
4. SEVERAL TANKSHIPS ARE GROUNDED ON THE LOWER
   MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
