1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE IN AND AROUND THE SURROUNDING WATERS OFF THE PORTS OF PALM BEACH, PORT EVERGLADES, MIAMI AND KEY WEST. 2. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A 100 YARD SECURITY ZONE AROUND ALL TANK AND PASSENGER VESSELS ENTERING, DEPARTING OR ANCHORED WITHIN THESE PORTS. 3. ENTRY INTO THESE ZONES IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED BY THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT, MIAMI, OR HIS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE. 4. ARMED U.S. COAST GUARD ESCORTS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL HIGH CAPACITY PASSENGER VESSELS AND TANK VESSELS IN THE PORTS OF PORT EVERGLADES AND MIAMI.
