HAITI. PORT-AU-PRINCE. 1. TO ENSURE WATERWAY SAFETY AND PIER INTEGRITY, THE USCGC OAK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HAITIAN PORT AUTHORITY WILL ASSUME MANAGEMENT OF VESSEL TRAFFIC ENTERING OR DEPARTING PORT AU PRINCE. 2. 96 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ALL INCOMING VESSELS SHALL CONTACT USCGC OAK VIA VHF CHANNELS 13 OR 16 AND PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: A. VESSEL NAME. B. FLAG. C. LENGTH. D. BEAM. E. DRAFT. F. CARGO. G. AMOUNT. H. OFF-LOADING CAPABILITIES OR REQUIREMENTS. UPDATES SHALL BE PROVIDED AT 72, 48 AND 24 HOURS TO ENSURE THE EFFICIENT USE OF PIER SPACE. 3. VESSELS WILL RECEIVE CLEARANCE AND DIRECTIONS ONCE PIER AVAILABILITY AND OFF-LOADING CAPABILITIES ARE VERIFIED. 4. 12 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM PORT-AU-PRINCE ALL VESSELS WILL CONTACT USCGC OAK TO CONFIRM DEPARTURE TIME. 5. ONCE UNDERWAY, VESSELS WILL AGAIN CONTACT USCGC OAK TO CONFIRM DEPARTURE.
