1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE IN AND
   AROUND THE SURROUNDING WATERS OFF THE PORTS OF JACKSONVILLE,
   MAYPORT AND PORT CANAVERAL.
2. ENTRY INTO THESE ZONES IS PROHIBITED, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY
   AUTHORIZED BY THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
3. ARMED U.S. COAST GUARD ESCORTS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL HIGH CAPACITY
   PASSENGER VESSELS, TANK VESSELS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL VESSELS IN
   THESE PORTS.
4. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
