1. ALL COMMERCIAL VESSELS GREATER THAN 300 TONS INBOUND TO BOSTON
   SHALL NOTIFY THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT VERBALLY,
   PHONE: 617 223 3000, AND IN WRITING, FAX: 617 223 3032, AS SOON
   AS POSSIBLE AND AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
2. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT ON
   VHF CHANNEL 16 AND AT PHONE: 617 223 3000 REGARDING THIS MSG.
