1. THE PORT OF NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY OPEN ON SELECTIVE BASIS.
2. THE PORT OF NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY IS CLOSED TO HIGH CAPACITY
   PASSENGER VESSELS.
3. ALL INCOMING VESSELS SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY U.S. COAST GUARD
   BOARDING PARTY, TUG ESCORT AND INSPECTION OF CREW LIST.
4. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
5. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 337/01.
