1. THE PORT OF HAMPTON ROADS HAS BEEN CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE IN PREPARATION FOR THE ANTICIPATED IMPACT OF TROPICAL STORM HANNA. THE AREA AFFECTED BY THIS ORDER INCLUDES ALL NAVIGABLE WATERS OF THE PORT OF HAMPTON ROADS WITHIN 30 MILES OF THIMBLE SHOAL LIGHT, THE LOWER MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE AND THE PORT OF RICHMOND. NO VESSEL MAY ENTER, DEPART OR TRANSIT WITHIN THIS SAFETY ZONE WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT. 2.
