   TRANSMIT GMDSS, DSC AND BROADCAST SERVICES FOR
   U.S. COAST GUARD STATIONS MIAMI, NEW ORLEANS AND
   BOSTON. U.S. COAST GUARD STATION POINT REYES ASSUMES
   CONTROL. U.S. COAST GUARD STATION CHARLESTON NAVTEX
   WILL BE BROADCAST FROM U.S. COAST GUARD STATION CHESAPEAKE.
