1. U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE 12 MILES
   SEAWARD FROM THE PORT OF MOBILE.
2. MARINERS SHALL CONTACT THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE
   PORT BEFORE ENTERING OR TRANSITING THIS ZONE.
3. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
