1. IN PREPARATION FOR HURRICANE EARL,
   ALL PORTS IN THE ENTIRE SOUTHEASTERN
   NEW ENGLAND REGION, INCLUDING NARRAGANSETT BAY,
   MOUNT HOPE BAY, BUZZARDS BAY, CAPE COD BAY,
   VINEYARD SOUND AND NANTUCKET SOUND ARE
   CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
