1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD IS BOARDING ALL HIGH CAPACITY
   PASSENGER VESSELS ENTERING THE PORT OF TAMPA.
2. OTHER VESSELS MAY BE BOARDED AND ESCORTED AT THE
   DISCRETION OF THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
3. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
