   NAVIGATIONAL WARNING SERVICE (WWNWS) IS CONDUCTING A
   SURVEY CONCERNING THE QUALITY OF MSI BROADCAST VIA
   SAFETYNET AND NAVTEX, TO IDENTIFY MEASURES TO IMPROVE
   SERVICE. A SHORT QUESTIONAIRE IS AVAILABLE UNTIL 31 DEC
   AT: HTTP:WWW.TFAFORMS.COM/222229.
2. A SIMILAR SURVEY CONDUCTED BY THE WORLD METEOROLOGICAL
   ORGANISATION IN RESPECTS TO THE WORLD WIDE METEOROLOGICAL
