   THE PORT, PHONE: 813 228 2189 EXT 101, FAX: 813 228 2399.
   VESSELS SHALL PROCEED TO FAIRWAY ANCHORAGE WEST OF "T" SEA BUOY
   AND AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. MAINRERS MAY CONTACT THE
   U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16 REGARDING THIS MSG.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 260500Z DEC.
