1. DUE TO SAFETY MEASURES TO COMBAT COVID-19,
   THE TERRITORIAL WATERS AND BORDERS ARE CLOSED
   UNTIL 01 AUG. FUEL TANKER AND BARGES
   MAY CONTINUE TO BERTH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
   HEALTH MEASURES THAT HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED
   TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19.
