3. REPORT POSITION AND TIME OF ANY ICEBERGS OR
   STATIONARY RADAR TARGETS THAT MAY LIKELY BE ICEBERGS TO
   THE NEAREST CANADIAN COAST GUARD MARINE COMMUNICATIONS
   AND TRAFFIC SERVICE STATION OR USING INMARSAT CODE 42.
