1. WATERS OF CAPE HENRY AND THIMBLE SHOAL CHANNELS SEAWARD
   OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE-TUNNEL (37-03-05N 076-04-18W),
   THE NORTHEAST AND SOUTHEAST APPROACHES TO THE
   CHESAPEAKE BAY ARE OPEN TO VESSEL TRAFFIC.
2. COASTAL WATERS FROM CAPE CHARLES LIGHT (37-07-22N 075-54-23W)
   TO OCEAN CITY (38-23-29N 075-04-11W) ARE CLOSED
   TO VESSEL TRAFFIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
3. CONTACT CAPTAIN OF PORT FOR UPDATED INFORMATION.
