1. U.S. COAST GUARD STATION CHESAPEAKE WILL ONLY ACCEPT
   DSC TEST CALLS AT PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA AND NEW ORLEANS
   ON 4207.5 KHZ COMMENCING 01 JAN 15. U.S. COAST GUARD
   STATIONS BOSTON AND MIAMI WILL NO LONGER ACKNOWLEDGED
   DSC TEST CALLS ON ANY FREQUENCY.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 02 JAN 15.
