   NGA'S UPDATED LIBRARIES WEBPAGE ON THE NIPRNET
   (https://www.geointel.nga.mil/products/dnc/dnc_ul.php?data08).
   WEBSITES.
3. NGA WILL NOT PRODUCE DNC 08 34TH EDITION DUE TO
   POSSIBLE DATA CONFLICTION.
4. DNC 08 35TH EDITION PATCHES ARE EXPECTED TO BE
   AVAILABLE ON NGA'S NIPRNET AND SIPRNET WEBSITES
   BY 17 NOV. DNC 08 35TH EDITION DVD-ROM WILL
