2. USERS CAN ONLY ACQUIRE CURRENT DNC 08 33RD EDITION
   DATA VIA NGA'S UPDATED LIBRARIES WEBPAGE ON THE NIPRNET
   (https://www.geointel.nga.mil/products/dnc/dnc_ul.php?data08)
   AND SIPRNET
   (http://www.geoint.nga.smil.mil/products/dnc1/dnc_ul.php?data08)
   WEBSITES.
3. NGA WILL NOT PRODUCE DNC 08 34TH EDITION DUE TO
   POSSIBLE DATA CONFLICTION.
4. DNC 08 35TH EDITION PATCHES ARE EXPECTED TO BE
   AVAILABLE IN THE NEAR FUTURE ON NGA'S NIPRNET AND
   SIPRNET WEBSITES. DNC 08 35TH EDITION DVD-ROM WILL
