1. NAVAL CONTROL EXERCISE 240200Z TO 261500Z MAY IN AREA BOUND BY 11-25S 036-29W, 12-59S 034-27W, 10-17S 033-43W, 09-42S 035-44W. 2. MERCHANT VESSELS SHOULD CROSS MARITIME AREA ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 10-30S 034-58W (NOVEMBER CHARLIE ONE) AND 11-50S 035-54W (NOVEMBER CHARLIE TWO). WIDTH OF LANE IS SIX NAUTICAL MILES, THREE NAUTICAL MILES ON EACH SIDE OF THE TRACKLINE. ACCORDING TO ENTERING POSITION, MERCHANT VESSELS IN AREA SHOULD CALL LANE CONTROLLER VESSELS BY VHF CHANNEL 16 AND 10, USING THE FOLLOWING PHONE CALL: NOVEMBER CHARLIE ONE MERCHANT VESSELS ENTERING AND DEPARTING BY NORTH, OR NOVEMBER CHARLIE TWO MERCHANT VESSELS ENTERING AND DEPARTING BY SOUTH. 3. CANCEL THIS MSG 261600Z MAY.
