WESTERN SOUTH ATLANTIC. DNC 01. VESSEL MASTER JUPITER REPORTS ONE PERSON REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 13-42.00S 036-39.00W ON 24 NOV 22. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
