What “matches baseline” means

The source matches the saved monitoring baseline: initially its first successful read, or a later revision accepted after editorial review. The initial baseline may be newer than the account’s editorial review. A match does not confirm that every fact is current, that an incident is resolved, or that no new report exists elsewhere.

Monitoring and review have separate dates

Check times show automated reading attempts, in UTC. The review date belongs to the written incident account and changes only after editorial review. Daily checks can fail or be delayed; the recorded dates show the actual coverage.
