1. ALL INBOUND DEEP DRAFT VESSELS ENTERING THE PORTS OF
   SAN FRANCISCO, LOS ANGELES/LONG BEACH AND SAN DIEGO WILL BE
   BOARDED BY U.S. COAST GUARD PERSONNEL BEFORE ENTRY IS PERMITTED.
2. IN THE PORT OF LOS ANGELES/LONG BEACH ALL OUTBOUND VESSELS WILL
   BE ESCORTED BY AUTHORITIES.
3. U.S. COAST GUARD HAS ESTABLISHED A SECURITY ZONE FROM THE
   SAN FRANCISCO BAY ENTRANCE SEAWARD TO 12 MILES.
4. ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THESE CONDITIONS SHOULD BE REFERRED TO
   THE LOCAL U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
5. CANCEL NAVAREA XII 256/01.
