CLOSED THE PORT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NO VESSEL MAY ENTER OR MOVE
WITHIN THE PORT OF NEW LONDON WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE
CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
