1. THE U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT OF NEW LONDON HAS CLOSED THE PORT TO NON US-FLAGGED VESSELS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. NO VESSEL MAY ENTER OR MOVE WITHIN THE PORT OF NEW LONDON WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT. 2. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16 REGARDING THIS MSG. 3. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 346/01.
