1. THE PORT OF NEW LONDON IS OPEN DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS
   ON A RESTRICTED BASIS.
2. VESSELS MOVEMENTS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE
   U.S. COAST GUARD CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
3. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
4. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 353/01.
