   MUST PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTICE OF ARRIVAL TO THE U.S. COAST GUARD
   CAPTAIN OF THE PORT.
2. MARINERS MAY CONTACT U.S. COAST GUARD ON VHF CHANNEL 16
   REGARDING THIS MSG.
3. CANCEL NAVAREA IV 349/01.
