U.S. MARITIME ALERT 2017-002A.
1. A MARITIME THREAT HAS BEEN REPORTED
   IN THE VICINITY OF MOCHA, YEMEN.
   THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS REASON TO
   BELIEVE IN LATE JAN, MINES WERE
   LAID BY HOUTHI REBELS IN YEMENI
   TERRITORIAL WATERS IN THE RED SEA
   CLOSE TO THE MOUTH OF THE AL MOCHA HARBOR.
   MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE
   CAUTION WHEN TRANSITING THIS AREA.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 11 FEB 17.
