THE PIRATES FORCED THEIR WAY INTO THE CAPTAIN'S CABIN, TIED HIS HANDS AND THREATENED HIM WITH KNIVES. THE PIRATES STOLE SHIP'S CASH, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ESCAPED. CAUTION ADVISED.

PIRATES ARMED WITH KNIVES AND SWORDS IN A SMALL FISHING BOAT BOARDED A PRODUCT TANKER UNDERWAY IN 03-09.7N 105-27.0E AT 181720Z NOV. THE PIRATES TRIED TO ENTER THE ACCOMMODATION BUT WERE UNABLE AS ALL DOORS WERE LOCKED. UPON HEARING THE ALARM AND SEEING THE CREW ALERTNESS THEY JUMPED OVERBOARD AND ESCAPED. CAUTION ADVISED.
