    1. On July 27, 2024, a Crescent Midstream frac tank overflowed into secondary containment and eventually entered Bayou Lafourche near Raceland, LA. The oil has impacted at least 3.5 miles of bayou downstream of release site. Current estimate of oil released to water is over 175bbl.
